The plays we run

The same foundation feeds the map and the machine.

We run the same four plays every week, in an order where each one helps the next. We measure them on rank, AI citations, and calls.

01 · SEO Google Business Profile

The map pack ranks on it, and it is one of the first things an AI assistant checks.

02 · Both Reviews and consistent listings

Real reviews, plus directory listings that all agree on your business details.

03 · SEO Pages that rank

Fast, structured pages for the services and towns you serve.

04 · GEO Quotable content

Clear answers to buyers' questions that an AI model can quote and credit to you.

How we run it

Audit, build, maintain, and you never touch a dashboard.

We audit where you stand, build the foundation, and keep it maintained. Map fixes can land in weeks, while AI citations build over months. Everything lives on your own accounts, so there's no lock-in.

What's the difference between SEO and GEO? +
SEO is search engine optimization: getting you to rank on Google, in the map pack and the links. GEO is generative engine optimization: getting you named inside the AI answer when someone asks ChatGPT, Google's AI Overview, or Perplexity. The surfaces are different, the work overlaps heavily, and you need both now.
If AI is taking over, why still do SEO at all? +
Two reasons. Plenty of buyers, especially for home services, still use the map and the links. And the AI itself uses Google's signals (your profile, reviews, and rankings) to decide who's trustworthy enough to name, so strong SEO is part of how you win GEO. Dropping it would hurt both.
How long until I see results? +
Profile and citation fixes can move your map ranking in weeks. Ranking pages and earning AI citations takes months, because trust builds slowly. We do the fast fixes first so you see early movement while the longer work continues.
Can I just do this myself? +
You can, the same way you could do your own books. The plays aren't secret, but they never stop: claiming listings, asking for reviews, updating pages, and publishing content every week while you run the business. That weekly work is what you're hiring out.
Do I own all of it if we part ways? +
Yes. The profile, the content, and the site all live on your accounts and stay yours, so there's no lock-in.
