Amir Gets LLC, doing business as AmirGetsLeads ("AMG," "we," "us"), based in Fresno, California, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through amirgetsjobs.com and our services, how we use it, and your rights, including your rights under California law.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, and details about your business when you contact us, book a call, or purchase a service.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Scheduling: if you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) processes the details you enter.
- Usage data: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate region). This is collected through cookies and similar technology. We also use PostHog, a US-hosted analytics service provider, to collect page views, clicks and other site interactions, device and browser information, and approximate location, using cookies and browser local storage to understand usage and improve our website. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with pages (scrolling, clicks, and session replays with text entered into input fields masked) and builds heatmaps from that data. Plausible Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
2. How We Use It
- To respond to you, schedule calls, and deliver the services you request.
- To process payments and issue any refunds.
- To understand and improve site performance and our services.
3. How We Share Information
We disclose information to providers that help operate our business and website, including Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), Google Analytics, PostHog and Plausible Analytics (usage measurement), and our hosting provider. Microsoft Clarity also collects website interaction data for analytics, heatmaps and session replay. Microsoft may use this data for its own purposes, including improving its products and services and advertising, as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We may disclose information if required by law.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Do Not Track
The site uses cookies needed for basic functionality, plus Google Analytics, PostHog and Microsoft Clarity cookies and browser local storage to measure usage; Plausible Analytics uses neither. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Disabling cookies alone does not necessarily stop PostHog or Microsoft Clarity from collecting site interactions. Clearing site data removes locally stored information but does not prevent future collection or delete data already sent. A content blocker can prevent collection if configured to block the relevant analytics scripts or requests; effectiveness depends on its settings. Because browser "Do Not Track" signals are not handled consistently across the web, we do not currently respond to them; the choices described here are how you control tracking on our site.
5. Data Retention and Security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, our records, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your California Privacy Rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access or receive a copy of it, to request correction or deletion, to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, and to not be treated differently for exercising these rights.
